Our Company was established in June 1958 as an Insurance Agency. Already in November 1958 our Company obtained admission as a member of the bourse for insurance in Hamburg. Since that time we are responsible to provide all kind of insurance required by the Komrowski Group incl. insurance for the Komrowski owned ships and cargo transport insurance for the Komrowski trading house. But our main business was to participate in hull insurance of other shipping companies and to accept shares offered at the bourse by different brokers and place it with insurance companies we are working with.

In the year 1990 we decided to widely expand our business and offer more services than in the past. During the following years we were constantly growing and became a specialist for P & I Insurance including respective claims handling. As a further step of broadening the base of our Company we built up a cargo department in 2004. This department is placing inland and international business.
